- Summary: Brynhyfryd Baptist Chapel was built in 1882 in the Romanesque style with a gable-entry plan and central doorway. The chapel has two storeys and access to the gallery via stairs either side of the central doorway. The pulpit is located to the rear of the chapel, with two doors either side leading to a large room at the rear, possibly a meeting hall. There is also a stairwell in the meeting hall leading to a second entrance to the gallery, the organ or down to a basement. By 1998 Brynhyfryd had fallen into disuse.

In 2007, planning permission was granted to convert the former chapel into a dwelling.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
