- Summary: Bethania Independent Chapel was built in 1823, rebuilt in 1827, 1838 and 1860. The later chapel was built in the Sub-Classical style with two storeys, a gable-entry plan and flat-headed windows. The chapel was completely rebuilt in the early 1970's, a modern construction of brown brickwork with inset lightwells set under a flat roof. There are two smaller attached sections which contain reception, kitchen, office, stores and WC and at the front of the building is a brick atrium. The main chapel measures 159m square.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
