Summary: The cause began ca. 1650. In 1909 the present Capel Tabernacl was built in a mixed architectural style of Simple Gothic and Art Nouveau. Status (1998): in chapel use.
Description: The cause began ca. 1650 (1851 Religious Census). In the C18 and C19, the Independents met in Yr Hen Gapel, Pencader (NPRN: 6486). In 1909 the present Capel Tabernacl was built in a mixed architectural style of Simple Gothic and Art Nouveau (date plaque). Status (1998): in chapel use.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
