- Summary: Ramoth Baptist Chapel was built in 1816, rebuiltand enlarged in 1828 and modified in 1893. The present chapel, dated 1828, is built in the Simple Round-Headed style, with a short-wall entry and large pane round-headed windows.
RCAHMW, May 2010 - Description: Chapel built 1816; rebuilt/enlarged 1828/9 & ca. 1893. Built in the Simple Round-Headed style, short-wall entry type. Merged with Sion Presbyterian church in 1967 to become the United Free Church. See Site Files [Ecclesiastical] for photos. Status (2010): in chapel use.
The United Free church is now used by the Baptist and Presbyterian denominations.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
