- Summary: Highland Place Unitarian Chapel was built 1860 in the Gothic style with a gable-entry plan, to the design of Henry John Paull. The exterior is dominated by large pointed arch windows with decorated tracery, and smaller windows with star shaped openings. the central bay of the facade is advanced and holds the segmentally arched central doorway, which also has a three-pointed-star shaped door-head. The chapel has an upper level as well as side vestry. Highland Place was renovated in 1996.
RCAHMW, April 2010 - Description: Chapel built 1860 in Gothic style, gable entry type, to the design of H J Paull of Cardiff (cost £1045). Status (1997): in chapel use.
Gable façade & side walls main chapel of square rough dressed stonework. Vestry gable & side walls of random rubble stonework rendered over with cement plaster finish. Windows, doorways, quoins, arches & tracery outlined in Bath or similar sandstone. Roofs are of timber framing clad with Welsh slate.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
