- Summary: Bethel Independent Chapel was built in 1860 and remodelled in 1913. The later chapel was built in the Sub-Classical style of the gable entry type with a front facade constructed in the Edwardian Baroque style and a largely 1860 interior. Although the chapel was Grade 2 Listed, the interior was gutted by fire in 2003. This led to acomplete demolition of the chapel and a detached house now stands on the site.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
