It is built in round-headed style, has a gable-entry plan, and its pedimented facade has two tall windows, flanked by doorways. The building is listed Grade 2, and was in chapel use in 2012.
The present former School room may be a rebuilding of an earlier school room; the present structure is dated 1885, is detached from the chapel and is sited a few feet to its SW., facing, apparently, on to the Chapel forecourt; subsequent uses have included the Annual Treuddyn Eisteddfod (information from the Cadw list description of 01/04/1998).
The chapel site is delineated similarly on both 1900 & 1954 OS maps; a Sunday School is also marked on 1954 map, but no new building is shown for it.
Gable façade, with 2 doors and intermediate pulpit (information from Edward Hubbard, Clwyd, in The buildings of Wales series :Penguin Books, 1986), p. 454.

Hello
My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website. I have now located it on Google Street View – looks like someone is ‘doing it up’ to live in: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.2612635,-3.1095337,3a,90y,232.95h,84.26t/data=!3m9!1e1!3m7!1s-8DWPORkq2RFVNXBLde_-g!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!9m2!1b1!2i53?hl=en-GB
The marriage record of my ancestors Abraham Bounds and Elizabeth Williams is attached. I hope it is of interest.
All the best
Saira
