- Summary: Siloa Independent Chapel was built c.1900. the chapel is brick buil;t with a show gable facing to the road. This is dominated by a large Gothic window with a moulded hood with carved corbels to the ends. There are three tall, pointed-arch light with small, square, leaded glazing and a large circular opening with coloured glas set in decorative floral and geometric patterns. The lower half of this window has been romoved in the later 20th century with the insertion of large, utilitarian, double doorways into the end wall, presumably when the chapel was in use for storage/commercial purposes. Above the window is a rectangular name and date stone, centrally set into a band of ashlar sandstone.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
