- Summary: Peniel Methodist Chapel was built in 1823 and rebuilt in 1831 and 1862. The present chapel, dated 1862, is built in the Simple Round-Headed style of the hipped box square plan type. Further extension and renovation took place in 1878, under architect Richard Owen of Liverpool, but the chapel closed in the 1980's.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
