- Summary: Blaenwyre Methodist Sunday School Chapel was built in 1849 in the Vernacular style of the gable-entry type. Entry is through a simple gabled porch flanked by narrow triangular-headed windows. The Sunday school was apparently connected to Rhiwbwys chapel.
In 1905 (Royal Commission on the Church of England and Other Religious Buildings in Wales and Monmouthshire census) it could house a congregation of 90 and was worth £120. - Description: School Chapel built 1849 (1821). Status (1998): in chapel use.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
