- Summary: Ebenezer Methodist Chapel was built in 1808 as Capel Carnau and rebuilt as Ebenezer in 1858 in the Simple Round-Headed style of the long-wall entry type. The chapel closed in 1978 and by 1998 the chapel had been converted for other use.
In 1905 (Royal Commission on the Church of England and other Religious Bodies in Wales and Monmouthshire) there were 140 sittings in the chapel which was valued at £200.
RCAHMW, November 2009 - Description: 1. Cause begun & chapel built 1808; rebuilt 1858. Building style is simple round-headed, long-wall entry type. Status (1998): in other use
2. Single storey stone chapel with a slate pitched roof and voussoirs to the openings. A semi-circular arched entrance with a 5-pane fanlight: flanked by 12-pane sash windows with semi-circular arched heads and slate cills.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
