RCAHMW, June 2009 - Description: Church formed 1830/1 & built 1850/1 in simple round headed style, gable entry type. Rebuilt/modified 1855 & 1868. Status (1998): in chapel use. Date of present building 1868.
The church (chapel) was formed in 1830 (1998 "Llawlyfr" of Undeb Bedyddwyr Cymru).
Note taken from The Religious Census of 1851, A Calendar of the Returns Relating to Wales, by I G Jones, p281, "We have an old chapel but it was to small for the congregation and we Built a New Chapel on another piece of Ground close by the other and the new cost us 800. And we intend to make the old Chapel a school house for dayly school".
In good condition. Front porch plastered recently.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
