In 2005, planning permission was sought to convert the chapel into four offices,

The building was erected in 1874 as a memorial to the Rev. Thomas Davies (a former minister at Tabernacl Chapel, Fair Fach) to be used for the purpose of a Sunday School for the town of Llandeilo. The first service of the English Congregational Church was held in this building on Sunday Evening 17th December 1882. In 1972 the congregational Church in England and Wales had united with the Presbyterian Church of England to form the United Reformed Church. My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
