- Summary: Bethabara Chapel was built in 1840 in the Simple Round-Headed and Sub-Classical style, gable entry type. The chapel was still in use in 1957 but by 1986 was disused.
RCAHMW, 18th May 2009. - Description: The cause was formed in 1839 and a chapel was built in 1840 and [opened?] 1841; it contained a gallery. According to RCCEORBWM, it was built in 1846. Still in religious use in 1957. Built in the Simple Round-Headed and Sub-Classical style, gable entry type. See Site Files [Ecclesiastical] for photos. Status (1986): disused, but 2001 Llawlyfer Undeb Bedyddwyr Cymru refers to Crickhowell Baptist Church, founded 1839, which is presumably now on a different site.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
