- Summary: The City Temple Chapel was built in 1933-34 (for the Elim Four Square Gospel Alliance) and extended during the 1960's. It is brick built in the Simple Romanesque and later Vernacular style, with a long-wall entry plan and small pane flat headed windows.

MAIN NOTEWORTHY FEATURE of MAIN BUILDING / COMPLEX:
Built 1933 -34 for the 'Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance' (name stone) in sturdy brick classical style construction with Egyptian overtones to arcuated recesses enclosing windows, with exaggerated keystone motifs from parapet band and rectangular door surrounds. Brick also used on end as decorative features.
Apparently domestic sized hipped roof behind horizontal parapet belies huge, cinema type raked auditorium.
Building extended in 1960's glazing bar / vitreous enamel panel style onto transverse street with extended links between the buildings. - Built: 1933-1934 Source:PLAQUE

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
