- Summary: Llanfynydd Methodist Chapel was built in 1771 and rebuilt in 1838. The later chapel was built in the Simple Round-Headed style, with a longwall entry plan, rendered stone rubble walls, a slate roof and large pane windows.
RCAHMW, August 2011 - Description: The chapel was built in 1771 and rebuilt in 1838. Built in the Simple round-Headed style, longwall entry type. Status (1997): in chapel use.
Main exterior walls of chapel & vestry of random stone rubble walling rendered over with cement plaster finish. Left side elevation of vestry plain rubble walling. Both roofs of timber framing clad with Welsh slate. Notes from I D Jones 24/08/1997.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
