RCAHMW, May 2011 - Description: The chapel was built in 1871, rebuilt in 1897, the present building dating from 1934. Built in the Sub-Classical style, short-wall entry type. Status (1998): chapel in use. One of the few larger chapels in the district without a gallery. In good condition, new windows recently installed, and recently redecorated (information of 10/08/1998 from Mr Gareth Watts, noted here on 20/07/2000 by K. Andrews). The chapel was built in 1871, rebuilt in 1897 (date plaque), the present building dating from 1934, and "one of the few chapels in the district without a gallery" (G. Watts). Status (1998): in chapel use.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
