- Summary: Ebenezer Independent Chapel was built in 1855 as Charles Street Congregational Church. It was designed by architect Robert George Thomas of Newport and built in the Gothic style with a gable entry plan and flanking turrets. The chapel is faced with many coloured rubble with bathstone dressings and has a slate roof. This chapel is now Grade 2 Listed as an early example of Gothic revival architecture

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
