- Summary: The original Seilo Welsh Independent Chapel was built in 1825. In 1845 the chapel was rebuilt and again in 1877. The later chapel was built in the Simple Gothic style with a gable entry plan. A slate plaque reads: "Siloh/addolfa yr Annibynwyr/ adeiladwyd 1825/ ailadeiladwyd 1845/ trydydd adeiladwyd 1877". In 2002 Seilo was still in use as a chapel but the chapel house stood derelict.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
