- Summary: The original Llandinam English Presbyterian Church was built before 1800, rebuilt in 1823 and rebuilt again in 1873. The present chapel, dated 1873, was designed by architects Szlumper and Aldwinkle of Liverpool and built in the Gothic style with a long-wall entry plan, a schoolroom at the rear, flanking turrets and ogee headed windows with diamond glazing. Llandinam is now Grade 2 Listed as a well preserved and successfully designed chapel.
RCAHMW, November 2010 - Description: Included under The Association in the East, Montgomery and Shropshire Presbytery, in Blwyddiadur for 1995 Built before 1800, rebuilt 1823. Present building dates from 1873, to the design of Szlumper & Aldwinkle, architects. A grand, Gothic, chapel, with fine detailing, stone-built, slate-roofed, and with long-wall entry; the buttresses rise to pinnacles, there are transepts and a rear wing at right angles. Present status [2002]: Chapel.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
