- Summary: The former Bible Christian Chapel in Blaenavon was built in 1860 in the Simple Round-Headed style of the gable-entry type. By 2001 this chapel had been converted for other use.

The chapel is now used as the bandroom for the Blaenavon Concert Band.
Geograph website, 2010 - Description: Built in 1860. Present status [2002]: unknown Former C19 chapel building. SE. gabled pebbledash front with two round-arched window openings above, and one to each side below, flanking round-arched centre doorway; late-C20 door under fanlight, and late-C20 windows. Shallow forecourt enclosed by dwarf stone wall with iron railings, partly old on SW., and partly renewed. Interior has undergone alterations and is partly gutted.
Plans for enlargement passed on 30 May 1861 by Blaenavon Local Government Board.

My great great grandparents were married in Kinnerton Chapel in Old Radnor on 21st May1850. I have been searching for information on the Chapel, so was pleased to find this website.
