Smithfield Road Methodist Chapel was built in the early twentieth century in the Arts and Craft style of the gable entry type.

Talbot Road Methodist Chapel was built in 1879 in the Gothic style with a gable-entry paln. The congregation moved to Poyser Street (NPRN 7928) in 1911 and in 1999 the chapel stood disused.

Brynffynnon Independent Chapel was brick built c.1900 in the Simple Gothic style. By 2002 this chapel had been converted into shops.
