Ebenezer Church was built in 1805 and rebuilt in 1871, in the Vernacular style with a long-wall entry plan.

Merthyr Cynog Chapel was built in 1791 and rebuilt in 1865 in the Simple Round-Headed style of the gable entry type. The chapel was formerly known as Siloah Chapel.
