Ainon Baptist Chapel was built in 1832, rebuilt in 1851 and rebuilt again in 1879. The present chapel, dated 1879, is built in the Simple Round-Headed style of the gable-entry type.

Beulah Independent Chapel was built in 1851 and modified in 1861 by the architect John Emmanuel of Llanishen. The chapl was rebuilt/modificd again in 1875 and 1890.
