Cefn Pant Chapel was built in 1844 & rebuilt in 1876. The later building was designed by architect John Humphries and built in the Simple Round -Headed style of the gable entry type.

The Soar Welsh Independent Chapel was built in the Vernacular style in 1836. It has a gable entrance, and within there is a panelled wooden gallery along one wall. The chapel is no longer in use.
