The first Sardis Chapel was built in 1835 then rebuilt in 1896 and again in 1905. The chapel is Vernacular in style of the long-wall entry type. The vestry was sold in the 1980s.

Bethania Church was built 1841 and rebult in 1862. The church was rebuilt again in 1877 in the Simple Round-Headed style with a gable entry plan.
