Horeb Independent Chapel was built in 1857, enlarged in 1879 and rebuilt in 1902. The later chapel was built in the Sub-Classical style of the gable-entry type.

Mentioned in the 1905 census. Site is still occupied with a place of worship althouhg it lookslike it was rebuilt in the 1980s. Google imagery from 2008 shows it was in use as Jaeh Evangelical Church
