Graig Chapel was built in 1775 and rebuilt in 1821, 1846 and 1875. The date if the current chapel is 1875, built in the Classical style of the gable entry type.

Salem baptist Chapel was built in 1828 and rebuilt/enlarged in 1871, by architect D.P. Davies, in the Simple Gothic style of the gable entry type. The chapel is Grade 2 listed.
